When will my pre-order arrive?
Ships Dec 22 (Tue) – Dec 24 (Thu) · Korea only. Orders usually arrive 1–2 days after shipping. If the schedule changes, we'll text you right away and offer a full refund if you'd like one.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
You can cancel anytime before shipping (until Dec 21) for a full refund. You can also exchange or return items within 7 days of receipt.
How do I use AR? Do I need the app?
Just scan the marker with the free WAGZAK RUN app. You can still play with the plush toys, figures, and cards without the app.
Are the coloring book designs free?
Yes, the same designs will continue to be available as free PDF downloads at run.wagzak.io. The coloring book is a bound collection printed on thick paper made for coloring.
Are the products safe for children?
We only ship products that have passed children's product safety checks (KC). Please check the age range for each product.
Do you ship internationally?
The first pre-order ships within Korea only. People who sign up for notifications will be first to hear when international shipping becomes available.
