Circus Company ("Company") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what info we collect & how it's used/shared on the WAGZAK website, mobile app, & related services ("Services").

Service includes WAGZAK JUMP (3D/AR learning), WAGZAK Play (game learning), WAGZAK ZemiNa (free analog learning), & WAGZAK T-Hub (teacher community).

Using this service means you agree to our Privacy Policy's data use terms.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect your personal info when you use the service.

a. Account Registration

When you register a WAGZAK account, we may receive your email address, name, and date of birth. If you register through a social login such as Google or Apple, we may receive your email address and profile information from that provider.

b. User Profile & Content

After signup, a profile page is created. It contains user info like name, username, & profile photo. Learning progress, badges, & languages used may also be shown.

c. Activity Data

We track learning progress, quiz results, session time, & patterns to personalize your experience & improve our service.

d. Voice data

Voice recognition may send data to Google, Apple, or AWS. Disable voice activities in Settings.

e. Device & Usage

We automatically collect browser type, device & OS info, IP address, & access logs.

f. Payment

When you buy a subscription/gift for paid services (WAGZAK JUMP, WAGZAK Play, WAGZAK PASS), payment info is collected. Sensitive data like credit card #s is handled by 3rd-party processor (Paddle). We don't store it.

3. Info Processing

We process data based on contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, & consent.

a. Service Improvement

We use your info to provide & improve services: profiles, progress, content, fixes, research, & support.

b. Communications

We may email you about service operation, learning tips, progress, & changes. Opt out of non-essential emails in settings.

c. Legal & Safety

We may share info to comply w/ law, prevent TOS violations, detect fraud & protect users.

d. Anonymized

We may use anonymized data for research & to improve services. This isn't personal info.

4. Sharing

We don't sell your personal info for ads.

WAGZAK doesn't target ads to kids or share their data with ad networks.

Some parts of the service may display third-party advertising through Google AdSense. Google and other ad providers may use cookies to serve ads based on the ads a visitor has seen and their visits to this and other sites.

Screens intended for children do not use personalised advertising; only non-personalised ads are shown there. Anyone who prefers not to see personalised ads can turn them off at any time in Google Ads Settings (google.com/settings/ads).

6. Data Retention

We keep data until acct deletion. Some data may be kept longer for service, legal, or dispute reasons.

Anonymized data may be stored indefinitely for research & svc. improv.

7. Child Privacy

WAGZAK protects children's learning. Users under 14 ("Child Users") are subject to the following special measures.

• Child accounts need parent/guardian consent.
• No custom ads for child users.
• Child profiles are private.
• Child users' info is collected minimally for service.
• Tracking & analytics disabled.
• Parents can access, change, or delete child's info anytime.

WAGZAK complies with COPPA, GDPR (child-related provisions), & Korea's PIPA.

8. Cookies & Tracking

WAGZAK uses cookies to remember login status, language prefs, & for other functions.

Google Analytics tracks website user interactions via 1st-party cookies. Reports don't identify individual visitors.

Most browsers let you block or manage cookies, but some features may not work.

9. Do Not Track

This service ignores "Do Not Track" signals from some browsers.

10. 3rd-Party Links

This Service may link to other sites. We're not responsible for their content/privacy. This Policy applies only to info collected by WAGZAK.

11. Policy Chg

We may update this Privacy Policy. For significant changes, we'll post a notice on our website at least 7 days before they take effect & update the "last revised" date above.

12. Data Transfer

Based in S. Korea, we process data there. Your data may be transferred to S. Korea, where data protection laws may differ from your country.

We comply with GDPR & int'l data laws via appropriate safeguards.
