These Terms ("Terms") govern use of the WAGZAK service by Circus Company ("Company"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Users <14 need parental consent to use this service. If consent is given, the legal guardian is responsible for the user's use.

WAGZAK offers educational services.

Interactive 3D/AR learning w/ stories, AR jams, doodles, brain games & gifts. Paid subscription. 7-day free trial.
b. WAGZAK Play
Learn math, science & languages w/ fun games! Paid subscription. 7-day free trial.
c. WAGZAK ZemiNa
Free analog critical thinking worksheets (30 languages). Printable PDFs for family activities. No signup needed.
d. WAGZAK PASS
Get JUMP, Play & ZemiNa Premium! Save vs. individual subscriptions. 7-day free trial.
3. Account Mgmt.
To use paid services (JUMP, Play, PASS), register a WAGZAK account via email or social login (Google, Apple, etc.).
Keep your info accurate & updated. Securely manage your account & don't share passwords.
Users under 14 need guardian consent. Guardian has admin rights.
4. Usage & Payment
Paid service fees (USD):
- WAGZAK JUMP: $2.99/mo / $7.77/6mo / $9.99/yr
- WAGZAK Play: $2.99/mo / $7.77/6mo / $9.99/yr
- WAGZAK PASS: 6 Mo. $12.99 / Yr. $14.99
- WAGZAK ZemiNa: Free
Free 7-day trial included. Cancel 24 hrs before end to avoid charges.
Renews automatically. Cancel 24 hrs before renewal to avoid charges.
Payments via PCI DSS-certified Paddle. We don't store sensitive payment info like credit card numbers.
Website pass purchases may include extra benefits. See pass page for details.
5. Refunds
Cancel anytime. Use service until end of billing period.
Cancel in 7 days, no charge. Auto-renews after trial.
Refunds w/in 14 days of paid subscription. Email request to hi@wagzak.io.
If service fails, reasonable compensation may be provided.
6. Gift Buy
Buy WAGZAK gifts! Gift codes are emailed to recipients instantly or on a chosen date.
Gift codes expire 1 year from issuance. Expired codes cannot be used.
Unused gift codes: 100% refund. Used codes: non-refundable.
Gift codes: no cash/resale.
7. School Lic.
Schools can license WAGZAK for multiple students. Licenses support up to 100 simultaneous users.
School license: dashboard, free teacher accts, T-Hub access.
School license pricing & terms: Request a custom quote. Emailed in 1-2 bus. days.
School licenses: 7-day free trial.
8. Content & IP
Service content (text, images, etc.) is the company's/rights holder's copyright & intellectual property.
Personal use only. No reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use w/o prior written consent.
WAGZAK ZemiNa PDF worksheets: Print & personal use for education OK. No commercial reuse.
9. User Duties
Don't do these things while using the service:
- No account sharing or unauthorized use.
- Service interference
- No unauthorized copying or modification
- Illegal/harmful use of service
- No bots or scrapers allowed.
- Acts causing user distress
- Security circumvention or vulnerability exploit
10. Service Changes
Service may be suspended for improvements, maintenance, or security. Scheduled suspensions will be announced.
We may change content, features, & pricing. We'll notify users of major changes 30 days prior.
If we end the service, we'll notify you 90 days prior & refund any unused subscription time.
11. Account Suspension
TOS violations may suspend/terminate accounts after notice. Serious violations: immediate suspension.
Delete account anytime in settings. Info handled per Privacy Policy.
IP, liability, & dispute terms survive account termination.
12. Liability
Service "as is." No guarantees of uptime, errors, or fitness for a purpose.
Co.'s liability for Service use is capped at fees paid in past 12 mos., as permitted by law.
Not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
13. Disputes
Governed by R.O.K. laws.
For disputes, Co. & user will first try to resolve via consultation.
Seoul Central District Court: first instance jurisdiction.
14. T&C Change
We may change these Terms for service. We'll notify users of changes & effective date at least 7 days prior via announcements or email.
Disagree? Stop using the service & delete your account. Using the service after [date] means you agree to the new terms.

You can use all features until your paid period ends. It won't auto-renew after.
