1. Application of Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the conditions for using the WAGZAK service provided by Circus Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). By using the service, the user agrees to these Terms.

Users under the age of 14 must obtain consent from their legal guardian (parent or guardian) to use the service. If the legal guardian consents, the legal guardian is responsible for the user's use of the service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the service.

2. Service Overview

WAGZAK The following educational services are provided:

a. WAGZAK JUMP

This is an interactive learning service based on 3D and augmented reality (AR). It provides learning content such as storytelling lessons, AR jams, doodles, brain teasers, and gift boxes. It is a paid subscription service, and a 7-day free trial is available.

b. WAGZAK Play

This is a game-based educational web app service. You can learn various subjects like math, science, and language through games. It is a paid subscription service, and a 7-day free trial is available.

c. WAGZAK ZemiNa

This is an analog-based critical thinking learning service. We provide printable PDF worksheets for free. No account registration is required, and it is designed for families to engage in activities together.

d. WAGZAK PASS

JUMP Play, ZemiNa Premium are all included in this integrated subscription service. It's more economical than subscribing to each service individually, and a 7-day free trial is available.

e. WAGZAK RUN

This is an augmented reality (AR) coloring app. Print the magic paper (coloring pages and magic markers) and scan it with the app, and the picture comes to life. The app and its content are free, and ads are displayed within the app. Ads can be removed with the “Remove Ads” subscription.

3. Account Registration and Management

To use paid services (JUMP, Play, PASS), you must register a WAGZAK account. You can register using your email address or via social login with Google, Apple, etc.

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information and are responsible for securely managing their account information. Account passwords must not be shared with others.

Accounts for users under 14 years of age are created with the consent of their legal guardian, who retains administrative rights over the child's account.

4. Subscription and Payment

The subscription fees for the paid service are as follows (USD):

• WAGZAK JUMP: $2.99/month / $7.77/6 months / $9.99/year
• WAGZAK Play: $2.99/month / $7.77/6 months / $9.99/year
• WAGZAK PASS: 6 months $12.99 / Yearly $14.99
• WAGZAK ZemiNa: Free

All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. No charges will be incurred during the free trial period, and no fees will apply if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Subscriptions automatically renew when the selected period expires. If you do not wish to renew automatically, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Payments are processed through a PCI DSS-certified third-party payment processor (Paddle). The company does not directly store sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers.

Additional benefits may be provided when subscribing on the website. Benefit details are specified on the subscription page.

The WAGZAK RUN “Remove Ads” subscription is paid through the app store (App Store / Google Play), and payment, automatic renewal, cancellation, and refunds are subject to the policies of that app store. The free trial and payment processor (Paddle) provisions of this section do not apply to this subscription.

5. Cancellation and Refund

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. After cancellation, they may continue to use the service until the current billing period expires.

If you cancel within the 7-day free trial period, you will not be charged. After the trial ends, a paid subscription will automatically begin.

You may request a refund within 14 days of starting your paid subscription. Please send your refund request to hi@wagzak.io.

If normal use of the service becomes impossible due to service disruption during the subscription period, the company may provide compensation within a reasonable scope.

Subscriptions paid through an app store (such as the WAGZAK RUN “Remove Ads” subscription) are subject to the policies of that app store instead of items 2 and 3 of this section, and cancellations and refunds must also be requested through that app store.

6. Gift Purchase

Users can purchase the WAGZAK service as a gift. The gift code is sent to the recipient's email address at the time of purchase or on the date specified by the purchaser.

Gift codes must be used within one year of the issuance date. Codes that have expired cannot be used.

Unused gift codes are eligible for a 100% refund. Gift codes that have already been used are non-refundable.

Gift codes cannot be exchanged for cash or resold.

7. School License

Educational institutions can enable multiple students to use the WAGZAK service through a school license. Depending on the license size, up to 100 users can access the service simultaneously.

The school license includes a dedicated dashboard, free teacher accounts, and access to the T-Hub teacher community.

Pricing and terms for school licenses are provided via a separate quote. Upon request, a customized quote will be emailed within 1-2 business days.

School license trials are available upon separate inquiry.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

All content included in the service (text, images, videos, audio, 3D models, AR content, learning materials, etc.) is the copyright and intellectual property of the company or the respective rights holder.

Users may use the content solely for personal purposes within the scope of service usage. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of the content is not permitted without the company's prior written consent.

WAGZAK ZemiNa The PDF worksheets may be printed and used for personal educational purposes. However, commercial redistribution is not permitted.

9. User Obligations

Users must not engage in the following acts when using the service:

• Unauthorized use of another person's account or sharing account information
• Acts that interfere with the normal operation of the service
• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of content
• Engaging in illegal or harmful activities using the service
• Accessing the service through automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Acts that cause discomfort or distress to other users
• Circumventing the security of the service or exploiting vulnerabilities

10. Service Interruption and Changes

The company may temporarily suspend the service for reasons such as service improvements, system maintenance, or security updates. Scheduled service suspensions will be announced in advance.

The company may modify the content, features, and pricing of the service. Significant changes will be notified to users at least 30 days prior to their implementation.

If the company terminates the service, it will notify users at least 90 days prior to the termination date and provide a pro-rated refund for any unused subscription period.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

If a user violates these Terms of Service, the Company may suspend or terminate the account after prior notice. In cases of serious violations, suspension may occur immediately.

Users can delete their accounts at any time via their account settings. Upon account deletion, personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The intellectual property rights, liability limitations, and dispute resolution provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect even after account termination or deletion.

12. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." The company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or suitability for any particular purpose.

Within the scope permitted by law, the Company's total liability for damages related to the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount of service fees paid by the user over the past 12 months.

The company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

In the event of a dispute arising in connection with the use of the service, the Company and the user shall first endeavor to resolve it through mutual consultation.

If the matter cannot be resolved through consultation, the Seoul Central District Court shall be the court of first instance with jurisdiction.

14. Terms and Conditions Change

The company may modify these Terms of Service when necessary for service operation. When modifying the Terms, the company will notify users of the changes and the effective date at least 7 days in advance via service announcements or email.

If you do not agree to the amended terms, you may discontinue using the service and delete your account. If you continue to use the service after the effective date of the amended terms, you will be deemed to have agreed to the amended terms.
