Circus Company (hereinafter "Company") values users' personal information and explains through this Privacy Policy what information the Company collects and how it is used and shared. This policy applies to the WAGZAK website, mobile app, and related services (hereinafter "Services").

The services include WAGZAK RUN (free AR coloring app), WAGZAK JUMP (3D·AR interactive learning), WAGZAK Play (game-based learning), WAGZAK ZemiNa (free analog learning), and WAGZAK T-Hub (teacher community).

By using the service, the user agrees to the collection, use, and sharing of personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Information collected

When using the service, the company may collect the following personal information.

WAGZAK When registering an account, we may collect your email address, name, and date of birth. If you register using social login services such as Google or Apple, we may receive your email address and profile information from the respective provider.

b. Profile and User Content

After account registration, a profile page is created, containing information submitted by the user such as name, username, and profile photo. Learning information such as progress, earned badges, and languages used may also be displayed on the profile.

c. Learning Activity Data

When using the service, educational activity data such as learning progress, quiz results, session duration, and learning patterns is generated. This data is used to provide a personalized learning experience and improve the service.

d. Data ng Boses

Voice recognition may be used in some learning activities, and voice data may be transmitted to third-party providers such as Google, Apple, or Amazon Web Services. You can disable voice activities in Settings.

e. Device and Usage Information

When using the service, technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, access logs, and operating system is automatically collected.

f. Payment Information

When subscribing to or purchasing gifts for paid services (WAGZAK JUMP, WAGZAK Play, WAGZAK PASS), information necessary for payment processing is collected. Sensitive payment information, such as credit card numbers, is handled directly by the third-party payment processor (Paddle), and the company does not store it.

3. Information Processing Method

The company processes personal information based on the following legal grounds: contract performance for service provision, pursuit of legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, and user consent.

a. Service Provision and Improvement

The company uses users' personal information to provide and improve its services. This includes maintaining profiles, managing learning progress, providing personalized learning content, fixing errors, conducting research, and providing customer service.

b. Communication

The company may send messages essential to service operation, learning tips, progress notifications, and service change announcements to the email address provided by the user. You can opt out of receiving non-essential messages in your settings.

c. Legal Compliance and Safety

The company may process and share personal information to comply with legal requests, prevent violations of the Terms of Service, detect fraud, and protect user safety.

d. Anonymized information

The company may process aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information for purposes such as research, analysis, and service improvement. Such information is not considered personal information.

4. Information sharing

The company does not sell users' personal information to third parties for advertising purposes.

However, we may share information with the following third parties for the purpose of providing and improving our services:

• Hosting providers (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud)
• Payment processor (Paddle)
• Analytics Service (Google Analytics)

• Advertising Providers (non-personalized ads in the WAGZAK RUN app)

WAGZAK does not provide personalized advertising in services targeting children and does not share children's personal information with advertising networks for personalized advertising purposes (for ads in the WAGZAK RUN app, see the paragraph below).

The WAGZAK RUN app displays ads within the app so that the service can be provided free of charge. Ads are requested with child-directed settings and are served only as non-personalized (contextual) ads; advertising identifiers are not used for personalized advertising or behavioral tracking. In the course of displaying ads, ad providers may process the minimum device information necessary to deliver ads and prevent fraud (device type, OS version, IP address for approximate location, and ad impression and click records). Users can stop ads from being displayed through the in-app “Remove Ads” subscription.

Some parts of the service may display third-party advertising through Google AdSense. Google and other ad providers may use cookies to serve ads based on the ads a visitor has seen and their visits to this and other sites.

Screens intended for children do not use personalised advertising; only non-personalised ads are shown there. Anyone who prefers not to see personalised ads can turn them off at any time in Google Ads Settings (google.com/settings/ads).

6. Data storage

The company generally retains personal information until the account is deleted. However, some information may be retained longer if necessary for service provision, compliance with legal obligations, dispute resolution, or other purposes.

Anonymized data may be stored indefinitely for research and service improvement purposes.

7. Protection of Children's Personal Information

WAGZAK Special protective measures are implemented to provide a safe learning environment for children. The following applies to users under the age of 14 (hereinafter "child users"):

• Creating an account for a child user requires the consent of a legal guardian (parent or guardian).
• Customized ads are not provided to child users.
• The profile of child users is set to private.
• Personal information of child users is collected only to the minimum extent necessary for service operation.
• Third-party action tracking and third-party analytics will be disabled.
• Legal representatives may request access to, modification of, or deletion of their child's personal information at any time.

WAGZAK It complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the child-related provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Republic of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act.

WAGZAK ZemiNa This is a 100% free service that provides printable PDF worksheets and can be used without collecting personal information.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

WAGZAK When you access the website, cookies are used to store some data. Cookies are used for maintaining your logged-in status, remembering language settings, and other purposes.

The company uses Google Analytics to analyze how users interact with the website. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to track user interactions and provides reports that do not identify individual visitors.

You can refuse or manage cookies in most browsers. However, blocking cookies may prevent you from using some features.

9. Do Not Track

The service currently does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals sent by some browsers.

10. Third-party links

The Service may contain links to other websites. The Company is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other websites. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by WAGZAK.

11. Policy Change

The company may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in its information processing practices. In the event of significant changes, we will post a notice on our website at least 7 days before the changes take effect and indicate the date of the last revision at the top of this policy.

12. International Data Transfer

The company is headquartered in the Republic of Korea and processes data within the Republic of Korea. When using the service, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the Republic of Korea, where the level of data protection may not be equivalent to that in your country of residence.

The company implements appropriate safeguards in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant international data protection laws.
